Rewritten Ground

Above the Salar de Atacama — a lithium-rich basin in northern Chile — the desert has been rewritten in salt and color.

This series of aerial photographs traces mineral longing, ecological fracture, and the strange aesthetics of extraction.

Shot using modified drone and cinema cameras, the images capture flooded geometries, industrial hues, and the quiet violence of rearranged ground.
What’s left is a surface shaped by removal.
